Junior Marketing Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (Remote & In Office)
Hours: 9AM–5PM | Monday–Friday
If you’re equal parts creative and organized, someone who loves turning ideas into content, campaigns, and clean reports, this role was made for you. As our Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the execution of digital campaigns that help our clients grow, show up consistently, and connect meaningfully with their audiences.
You’re not just into marketing, you’re into momentum. You notice trends before they’re obvious. You care about the details in a caption. You love checking things off a content calendar. You’re curious about data, energized by collaboration, and excited to build real hands-on experience inside a fast-moving agency.
If you’re looking for a role where you’ll learn quickly, contribute meaningfully, and grow your digital marketing skills in a supportive, creative environment, we want to hear from you.
What your day-to-day might look like
You’ll start your morning reviewing campaign dashboards and checking in on scheduled posts — maybe for a service-based B2B brand, maybe for a lifestyle B2C client. You might draft captions tailored to different audience tones, resize graphics, or schedule content across platforms. Midday could include pulling analytics for a monthly report, researching audience insights, building out an email draft, or updating a content calendar.
You may support ad campaign setup for lead generation one day and product promotion the next. You might QA a landing page, coordinate assets with a designer, or prep talking points for a client call.
In between, you’ll update CRM tags, organize shared folders, or prep a performance recap. You’ll keep projects moving, deadlines clear, and details tidy — making sure nothing slips through the cracks while helping strategy translate into results.
What you’ll be doing
Content coordination:
Schedule and publish social content across platforms; draft captions aligned with different brand voices (corporate, conversational, lifestyle, etc.); maintain content calendars.
Campaign support:
Assist in building and monitoring paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.); QA links and tracking; flag performance trends across both lead-gen and conversion-focused campaigns.
Email marketing:
Build and schedule email campaigns; segment lists; support nurture sequences and promotional sends; pull performance metrics.
Reporting & analytics:
Compile monthly reports; track KPIs across awareness, engagement, lead generation, and sales; summarize insights in clear, simple language.
Client support:
Prepare materials for meetings; update project boards; communicate timelines internally; ensure deliverables stay on track across multiple accounts.
Community management:
Monitor DMs and comments; escalate as needed; maintain brand voice consistency across varied audiences.
Admin & organization:
eep folders, dashboards, and documentation clean and up to date; support ongoing process improvements.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have 1–2 years of experience (internships count!) in digital marketing, social media, or agency support.
Understand that marketing to businesses feels different than marketing to consumers — and you’re excited to learn both.
Are detail-oriented — you catch typos, broken links, and formatting inconsistencies before anyone else does.
Are organized and deadline-driven — content calendars and task boards make you feel calm.
Communicate clearly and confidently — both written and verbal.
Are curious about performance data and eager to understand what’s working (and why).
Take initiative — you don’t wait to be told what to fix or improve.
Can manage multiple clients/projects without losing your cool.
